About Esimul

Esimul (eSIM U Love) is an online shop for prepaid travel eSIMs, trading at esimul.com. We sell mobile data plans for travellers in over 200 countries and regions, so you can get online when you land without roaming charges or hunting for a local SIM card.

We are a reseller: the data runs on established mobile networks in each country, supplied to us by connectivity partners. We run the shop, the ordering and delivery, and customer support ourselves.

Prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for single countries, regions such as Europe or Asia, and global trips. Each plan shows its data allowance, how many days it lasts, the price and, where we have them, the mobile networks it uses. There is no contract and nothing renews: you pay once for the plan you choose.

Plans are data only, with no phone number, calls or SMS. Your phone needs to support eSIM and be unlocked.

1. Choose a plan for where you are going.
2. Pay securely. Your eSIM QR code and install details arrive by email, usually within a minute.
3. Install it before you travel. The plan starts when your phone first connects at your destination.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the final price, with card fees included. You can see every plan in our price list and compare them before you buy.

Card payments are handled by a secure payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number. Your eSIM install details are stored encrypted. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why.

If an eSIM has not been installed or used and cannot be made to work, contact us and we will look into it and, where appropriate, refund it. The full policy is in section 8 of our terms.
