Privacy Policy

Esimul (“eSIM U Love”) operates esimul.com. We can be reached at support@esimul.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

To process orders, deliver and support your eSIMs, send order and account emails, prevent fraud, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Only the providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), our eSIM connectivity supplier (to provision your eSIM), and Resend (to send your emails). Each processes data under its own terms and only as needed.

We use your browser's local storage for essentials only: your basket, your login token, your chosen currency, and your answer to the cookie notice.

We measure how the site is used so we can see which destinations people search for and where checkout goes wrong. This runs on Umami, which we host ourselves on our own server: it sets no cookies, stores no identifiers that follow you between sites, and no data leaves our infrastructure. There is nothing to consent to, but you can block it like any script. If we ever additionally enable a cookie-based tool such as Google Analytics, the notice at the bottom of the page becomes a genuine choice. It stays off until you accept, everything on the site works if you decline, and you can change your mind any time from the Cookies link in the footer.

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email support@esimul.comand we'll respond.

Our suppliers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
