North America plans from Esimul start at $3.09. There are 28 plans, covering 3 countries between them.
A North America eSIM covers the United States, Canada and Mexico on one plan, which suits a road trip across a border or a trip that starts in one country and ends in another. We also sell plans for the US and Canada together.
The networks differ by country and are listed on each plan card. On our North America plans Mexico runs on one network at 4G at the time of writing, so for a long stay in Mexico itself a Mexico-only plan can give you more networks and 5G.
The plans are data only, with no US, Canadian or Mexican phone number and no calls or texts. The QR code arrives by email in about a minute; install it before you fly, over Wi-Fi at home. Most can be topped up on the same eSIM.

Regional plan or country plans?
If most of your trip is in one country, compare that country's own plans: they're often cheaper for the same data and can use more of its networks. If you'll be in two or three of these countries, one North America plan means one eSIM and one QR code.

North America eSIM FAQ
- Does a North America eSIM include Hawaii and Alaska?
- Hawaii and Alaska are US states, so a plan that covers the United States works there wherever its US networks have coverage. Coverage away from towns, in Alaska especially, can be thin.
- Will it switch networks when I cross the border?
- Yes. When you cross into another country on the plan, your phone joins a local network there by itself. If data doesn't come back, turn airplane mode on and off once.
